Keep on top of tyre pressure

Many times a warning light for tyre pressure is caused by a faulty detector rather than a low tyre. We can check your tyre pressure monitoring system, and will make sure everything is in working order.

Having correct tyre pressure is of course very important when it comes to tyre safety, wear levels, and fuel economy. Too highly inflated, and the amount of grip is lessened, and in some instances the outer part of the tyres lose contact with the surface completely. Not enough pressure, whether caused by a slow puncture or gradual leakage may actually improve grip in some instances for a short time, but inevitably leads to increased wear on the outer edges of the tyres, leading to risks of blowouts. Having the TPMS systems checked regularly can help prevent undetected pressure issues.
